Course Closure Policy

Throughout the winter months, the playability of the golf course will be classified as one of the following stages:

Stage 1

The Golf Course is fully open with ‘Ride-on’ facilities and Electric Trolleys allowed in all areas.

Stage 2

The Golf Course is open for ‘Ride-on’ Buggy’s on the bottom 11 holes, but they must be kept to the pathways. 

Electric Trolleys are allowed for the whole 18 holes during Stage 2.

Stage 3

The Golf Course is open; ‘Ride-on’ Buggy’s and Electric Trolleys are allowed on the bottom 11 holes, but they must be kept to the pathways.

The top 7 holes are open;  by are strictly ‘carry only’ due to conditions.

Throughout the winter there will be preferred lies 'through the green' and the bunkers will be 'rake and place'.  Should the entire bunker be flooded then a free drop will be allowed but players must play over the bunker towards the flag and not move their golf ball to the side.

Players should consult with the Pro-Shop to ascertain the status of the golf course.
